Lovely polite staff, the computers where cleaned after use & overall a lovely experience. Compared to my last experience at the test centre. I'd never step foot back in that place after my experience at DTC test centre was such a difference in all ways. Atmosphere was good and staff were helpful and engaging. And I passed Good luck everyone.
Had previously done my theory test in DTC. what a difference. Personally found the team at DTC far more polite. To be fair, it was only the receptionist at test center that had a bad, rude attitude. I treat people with the manners and respect they show me and DTC didn't disappoint. I was worried from reviews that reception would be the same. Far from it. One Lady was training and has the perfect attitude to facing the public. A big thank you Ladies. You helped calm me.
Starting of with of how visible the test center is it was very easy to find with correct signage on door to prevent confusion. Staff inside the building were very nice and polite lockers are available for personal belongings. The test room itself is up to a good standard and computers are quite fast at loading up. All round great experience.
My instructor is an excellent driver instructor. I would highly recommend him. I wouldn’t have passed without your patience and guidance during the lessons. All the information you explained to me was requested during the assessment, and the examiner was very happy with the way I drove during the test. Many thanks.
