Biggin Hill is a district in south-east fringes of Greater London, England, in the London Borough of Bromley. Prior to 1965, it was within the administrative county of Kent. It lies outside Londons urban sprawl, 15.2 miles (24.5 km) south-south-east of Charing Cross, with Keston to the north, New Addington to the north-west, and Tatsfield, in neighbouring Surrey County, to the south.

At the 2011 census, the population of Biggin Hill was 9,951. Biggin Hill is one of the highest points in Greater London, rising more than 210 metres (690 feet) above sea level. Biggin Hill airport occupies the site previously used by the Royal Air Forces RAF Biggin Hill, which was a major fighting base protecting London from German bombers during the Battle of Britain.

Historically, the settlement was known as Aperfield, and formed part of Cudham parish. Biggin Hill is an ancient parish in Kent County, within Rochester parish, which formed part of the Borough of Bromley under the Local Government Act 1894. The Urban District became a council area in 1935.

Kent County Council formed the second level of local government at this time. In 1965, London County Council was abolished and replaced with the Greater London Authority, which had a larger administrative area, such that Biggin Hill is now a part of the London Borough of Bromley.

The most architecturally notable building in Biggin Hill is St. Marks Church, Church Road — the moving church — designed by Richard Gilbert Scott. It was built in the 1950s using the demolished materials of All Saints Church, North Peckham. Most of the work was done by volunteers, led by Reverend Vivian Simons, who did most of the decorative work himself.
