It is very common for Learner Drivers to know and understand where they stand in comparison to other Learner Drivers. This is why we have put together some information on the pass rates in Belvedere London. On average, the UK’s pass rate stands at 45.9%; however, London’s pass rate comes out much lower at 40.8%. Please see table below, Belvederes pass rate for the past five years has gone up and down, but has not gone above 34.5%

2015-16 2016-17 2017-18 2018-19 2019-20
30.3% 28.3% 32.9% 33.2% 34.5%

From an urban area such as Belvedere, these low rates are expected, due to these areas being much busier than others. Do not be afraid of these suburban pass rates, believe in yourself as passing all depends on your skills and abilities.

Intensive Driving Lessons Belvedere Verses Weekly Driving Lessons

Whether you’re a teenager or a mature person soon approaching retirement, when it comes to learning, we all learn differently. Learning to drive is no different. Some people prefer to take weekly driving lessons from a local driving school in Belvedere. However, others would prefer the last minute driving school Belvedere.

Pass in a Week Belvedere – Exhausting

Many driving schools that offer “Pass in a Week Belvedere” but some will have three learner drivers in the car at the same time with one instructor. This means much more profit for them but you’re actually paying to watch someone else drive! Sitting in a car for 6 to 8 hours per day for a week or two can be extremely exhausting. Usually, many learner drivers switch off after about 4 hours and stop learning.

Intensive Driving Lessons Belvedere – Save Time

Taking a “Pass in a Week Belvedere” intensive course can have got one massive advantage. If you pass, you save loads of time and money. However, this will not make you a safe driver as you will be taught to pass the test not to drive safely for life.

Weekly Driving Lessons – Big Advantage

Taking weekly driving lessons allows you to spread the cost over many months and there is no risk in losing you money.  Also, you can always change driving instructors or even driving schools midway. Furthermore, you are taught to drive safely, rather than just to pass the test. You will get experience in dealing with many situations and weather conditions.

Show Me – Tell Me Questions

Part of the driving test involves answering two vehicle safety questions, commonly known as the “show me – tell me questions” You will be asked the “tell me question” at the beginning of the test before driving off. The “show me question” will be asked during the test itself.  If you get the one or even both questions wrong, this will be marked as a minor error and you will not fail the test.

However, a few drivers at the Belvedere test center have been known to fail on the show me questions, not for not knowing the answer, not for losing control of the vehicle while trying to show the answer to the examiner. If you forget a particular control, it is better to admit it to the examiner rather than try to fake it.

The Emergency Stop

Learning the emergency stop is an important part of your intensive driving lessons in Belvedere. However, in the actual practical test only one in three candidates will be asked to carry out the emergency stop.

The purpose of this exercise is to demonstrate that you can stop suddenly but safely. The examiner will tell you a few minutes in advance that you will be caring out the emergency stop. That words used by the examiner will be, “ ‘Shortly, I shall ask you to carry out an emergency stop. I will raise my right hand as a signal and shout, Stop. When I shout Stop, I would like you to stop promptly as if a child had stepped in front of you.”

ONE WAY ROADS

There are a couple one-way roads on the Belvedere driving test route. There have been many instances where learner drivers have been known to fail at Belvedere test center because they were not aware that they were on a one-way system.

It is very important that you watch both the road signs and the road markings in order for you to pass your test at Belvedere.  At the entrance to a one-way road, you will be a blue rectangular sign with a white arrow. Please note that this is different from a head-only sign which is a blue circle with an arrow.
