Baillieston – Narrow Roads
Baillieston has many narrow residential roads which will feature in the driving test. These roads can be tricky due to meeting oncoming vehicles. The driving examiner will require good skills and safety when it comes to meeting vehicles whilst at the same time keeping a distance away from parked cars.
During the course of the 40-minute from the Baillieston Driving Test Centre, the driving examiner will expect you to carry out one reversing manoeuvre and possibly the emergency stop exercise. Also, the examiner will require you to do 20 minutes of independent driving. This is compulsory. It may in of the use of the satnav.

Baillieston Driving Test Centre is extremely busy, with on average 550 tests being conducted each month. Out of the 550, around 200 pupils pass. This gives the test centre a pass rate which is equivalent to the UK average, its pass rate is 43%. This could be due to the routes that the examiners tend to take pupils, or due to the fact that the test centre is in the busy city of Glasgow, making driving that little bit more difficult.
Intensive Driving Courses Baillieston
Like most driving test centers in the country, Ayr practical test centre has an average wait time of approximately eight weeks for a driving test appointment. If you are learning to drive, you may be considering booking your driving test approximately eight weeks before you are ready to take one. If you’re unsure when you should apply for your driving test, I’ve instructor will be able to advise you.
If you have recently taken and failed your driving test or you are already up to driving test standard, then it seems unfair that you have to wait another two months to retake your driving test. Waiting that amount of time means that either you have to take extra lessons, or you risk the possibility of forgetting some of the important things you have learnt.
