On the day of the exam, you must arrive at Ashford Test Centre 10 minutes early so that you are not stressed. The tester will take about a minute to fill in his feedback sheet and will detail all the test errors you may have detected. If you pass the test, you will be issued with a pass certificate which will entitle you to drive immediately. You will need a car in order to take your test. You will not be able to use the examiner’s car. If you hire a car for your driving test, it must be fitted with dual controls.
